Cozy and bright apartment of 43m² WITH magnificent VIEW on the old Mans (Plantagenet city) and the Sarthe. Fully equipped. Large bedroom with dressing room and articulated electric bedding, large shower, bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower product provided. Washing machine, combined oven + microwave, everything for cooking. Ideally located, a few minutes walk from the city center, 3 minutes from the tram and all shops. Possibility to park for free in the nearby street(s).

Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility of moving by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just 2 minutes walk. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto a balcony. The sofa opens into a bed for 2 people.
