I went through various places on Air bnb for my stay with family in goa . Finally booked this place due to its proximity to beach . Earlier i was but skeptical about the place. But post arrival in goa , the way Roshan guided us to the place and continuously checked on our requirement during our stay, I thought this was best decision made by me . The host Roshan and his caretaker were very friendly, co- operative with our requirements which made our stay comfortable even though the host was not with us in goa . This is the best economical place to stay in with family due to its proximity to beach. Thank you roshan . Will surely come back next time also.

I personally feel that this is one of the best places to stay in budget. The place was very clean and pleasant. That too the place is near to most happening places of Goa, like Baga and Calangute beaches, Titos street etc... Roshan was very helpful even before and during the trip. He is always in touch to check if we need anything and helped us finding some places also. One more thing I loved about this place is , check in and check out are very flexible. What more can I say about Casa Via apartment that hasn't been said already! The house is very spacious for a 1bhk and can accommodate 6 people easily. The balcony has an amazing view overlooking the pool. Talking about the location. It's not far from the calangute beach. At best you can walk to it in 15 mins. All shops including liquor are nearby. All in all a good location. Nikhil was an AMAZING host and made our stay very pleasant. Sanjay, the caretaker was also really helpful. It's a pity we couldn't meet Nikhil. If you ever find this place available, just go ahead and book it :) Cheers!

Feels like home! That was our first impression when we walked thru the door at Casa Via. Amazing place, fantastic views, friendly and hospitable host willing to go that extra mile to ensure our safety and making the stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Nikhil ensured we had all details before our arrival - including a video with directions to the place, bike/car rentals, other vital information as needed. Sanjay who is the appointed house caretaker, was at the flat well before our arrival and made us feel welcome. We were a group of 4 girls and this being a first trip to Goa for a couple of us, we were skeptical of staying at a place that was out of the ordinary. Our doubts and concerns were eased when we began interaction with Nikhil closer to our travel and completely erased when we walked through that door. I am glad we chose Casa Via. Nikhil is a fantastic host and made our stay at Casa Via very comfortable. Right before getting to the place, to our stay there, he was extremely proactive and prompt in his communication and every touch point was at perfection. We had been on an impulsive holiday with family and after a lot of searching found Casavia...loved what we saw in pictures. ..The one bedroom apartment was tastefully done and reviews were good. And on reaching we weren't dissapointed. We went with kids who loved the place...clean apartment with all basic needs in place...A small kitchen just enough to rustle up a quick breakfast before heading out and a nice airconditioned apartment waiting for you when you get back after a long day made our vacation truly relaxing. We were four... but the place is good enuf even if 2 more stay...Nikhil was non intrusive and was only glad to allow us late check out. Above all appreciate his thoughtfulness in trying to make the place a home away from home. Only wish there was parking facility...The only minus for an otherwise fabulous place. Clean pool was for common use but was well maintained and my daughter loved it.

Radhika kept in excellent communication, the flat was just as described/pictured from the listing and in excellent condition/cleanliness. A little bit noisy at times from the neighboring hotel, but in excellent proximity to all the attractions of Calangute. I would certainly recommend a friend to stay here.

I had a great stay at this location. Radhika was always available by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and her caretaker was also available in case you needed anything. The location is right in the heart of Calangute but away from the hustle and bustle. Calangute beach is crowded; however if you walk toward the back of the resort you can arrive at the less crowded part of the beach. Markets, ATMs, restaurants and bike rentals are all available nearby. Overall, a good experience and recommended.

The stay was very good. House nice and clean. Really liked the big size balcony. Would definitely recommend others too visiting Goa. Location was perfect, most of the places were very closeby. I had a wonderful time at Varma's place! I did not expect to find it at a resort (thought it was a private apartment on the road)....but this misinterpretation worked better for me in the end. The place is private and quiet of road noise (which is prevalent in Goa), although there were other apartments playing loud music, it was not bad. The air conditioning saved us from suffering the May Goan heat. Overall, I had a great experience here!

The place does not proper water. There's some issue between the host and the society which needs to be resolved. We suffered a lot since there was absolutely no water in the washroom and kept on running here and there around the society staff and the maintenance people to somehow get water. Although Chelsea was co-operative but we should have been informed well in advance about the same. To all the people booking here, please confirm on the water issue once before booking. The place is clean and kept nicely but with no water in the taps. Imagine roaming around in Goa summers with no shower.

This place is 10 min away from calangute beach in a timeshare area. It was located just off the main road which made it convenient yet still quite enough. We were there for new years and Goa itself is just crazy packed. Chelsea did a great job communicating with us despite the fact that she was not physically located onsite. Overall was a place. This was my 10th and most fantastic Goa visit just because of Juliet and Sarvan. Juliet and Sarvan is such a fabulous host and pay heed to each and every small need of guest. Now about property - it's just 3 min away from Calangut and Bagha beach , Room quality and facilities was beyond expectation 5-6 guys can easily accommodate, Best for family's. All necessary kitchen item was available. Bathroom was clean. Property was exactly same as in pic. Thanks Juliet for such a good memory. Will recommend ur services to all my frnds.

If you are looking for a budget friendly and calm stay this is the place for you. Room is clean and is just 10-15 minutes (on bike) from calangut and baga. To make things much less costly, you have a kitchen with all the utensils, oven, hot plate, dishes and glasses. And of course it also has refrigerator. What else do you need. Grab couple of beers, get some packets of chips and Maggie and chill ;)

This one is a good deal at Baga/Calangute. Beach is walkable (5mins). Apartment felt so much like a home, well equipped kitchen and and a nice balcony.

The place is very conveniently located, it's less than a km from the Calangute Beach. Though it doesn't look much from the outside, the interior is very well done. All rooms are clean and are air conditioned. And the friendly caretaker Karan, would, even help you out with any other help you might need, be it renting a car or just general directions.

Place looks as promised in the photos. Very nice and gracious host, received us and arranged two wheelers for us to travel about. The house is also well stocked with all utensils, booze and extra blankets and bedding if needed. These can be utilized freely as long as you clean up before departure. Cons: We found a little bit on mold growing along the window in one of the bedrooms. And an AC in the same bedroom leaks water when turned on. Overall, I would like to stay at the place again if I visit Goa.

It was not that easy to find the location in the first place. At least that's what it seemed. Our driver sorted everything out for us and communicated with Mr. Karan, the housekeeper. In the end, Mr. Karan picked us up and brought us to the apartment. Really thankful for that! That said Mr. Karan did an amazing job all the way through and helping where he could. The place itself doesn't look spectacular from the outside, but the apartment itself is what really shines. So the check-in itself was quite annoying although I understand that it is for security reasons and so on. Just a lot of bureaucracy involved and details you have to give them, but when that's done, you can really enjoy your stay. The flat is great and they even have some complementary food prepared and if you want there are some drinks in the fridge you can drink (which you will have to pay when you checkout). The flat is really spacious and it was clean. One thing we missed in the description is that there is no WiFi. So be prepared! :) Definitely, something they can improve on. Otherwise, it's just 5 mins away from the main road with all it's shops and restaurants. The beach is like another 10 minutes walk, which was really fine! At the end of our stay most of us left for the airport, but two of us including myself had a whole day of stay here in Calangute. Even though the place was booked for someone new we had the possibility of leaving our huge suitcases at the premises for a fee of 500 INR. A neighbor family took care of our stuff and they were absolutely outstanding. Maria and her daughter Nikita, who just lived next door, not only took care of the luggage, but helped us arrange a trustworthy transport to Goa Airport for 1200 INR. They took there time and stayed with us until the taxi arrived. We are really grateful and wish them the best! If I come back to Calangute with a couple of people I would definitely come back! Amazing stay, spacious rooms in reasonable rates.

It is a decent place. But don't count on the pool. The caretaker is very helpful. Small things are missing like proper bedding, broken locks and almirahs.

I have spent 5 night with a group of 4 friends. It's a amazing property at a very convenient location in calungate which is just 5 mins away from a beautiful beach and a shirt walk away from some of the finest restaurant. There is ample parking space for cars and not forget superb hospitality.

Nothing ordinary was being done to welcome by host and his person itself was not knowing where exactly is the place for us, after half an hour we finally found the place and it was just disaster for us. No drinking water, no extra mattresses , no extra pillow, jets were not having in toilets, old material were found in room of old guests, blankets were having animal hair stuck and smelling, no charging points , very casual attitude towards us, in mid night around 1:30 A.M.we got extra mattresses and bedsheets from host home old stuff which was good for nothing. We were 4 people and need to take another room which was anytime better and cheaper then the room given to us. This property was not value for money.

This is value for money!! The best part of the apartment is the location. It is right at the calangute market. And very close to the beach. The apartment has a living room, a small kitchen with a gas and microwave. The refrigerator is in the living area. The bed room has an AC which is in working conditions. Though we did not get the remote for the AC it was not much of a problem. We went in April so it was quite hot and we did need the AC as long as we were in the room. The apartment has two balcony as well one with the living room and the other with the bed room. It is the same room as shown in the picture. This is definitely value for money. Only one issue or suggestion would be, if an water filter could be arranged that would make the apartment better. The room is on 3rd floor, so incase you run out of drinking water you need to go all the way down. Would recommend this room for families and small group on a budget. My daughter loved the pool.. Thank you

It was a very comfortable stay. We did not have to worry about transportation as the owner made all the arrangements by just one phone call. We just had to enjoy and have fun not worrying about anything at all. The owner, Nancy, is also extremely warm and concerned and takes good care of her guests. Definitely staying there the next time we are in Goa.

Nancy is a fabulous host and the apartment was exactly the same it was listed on Airbnb. She guided us even before we came to Goa and ensured we reached back our home safely in Pune. She was very accommodating and constantly available for our calls. She is quite knowledgeable about Goa and guided us to some good places to eat and look around. We were 7 adults and 1 child and lived quiet comfortably. The place was 5-7 mins walking distance from beach and 2 mins away from main road which has everything available. The only problem we had was power cuts, there was some on-going work due to which we faced major power cuts and without electricity during rains it can be troublesome as it was very humid in day. I would come back whenever possible to her place.

This place is very close to beach. A perfect place to stay with family. Host (Nancy) is very much accessible for any issues or needs. Host is also pretty transparent in any transactions. I do recommend this place for family with kids. Do not forget to bring your swimming costume to enjoy swimming pool within the campus.

We were a family of five and we had a very comfortable stay at Nancy's serviced apartment. The check in was quick and hassel free, which was great as we had arrived in Goa after a long and tiring road trip. The rooms were quite spacious. We had a very short stay of 2 nights and hence did not use the kitchen much. But, it had all the basic amenities. There were two swimming pools in the property, out of which the bigger pool was reserved for foreigners ( which was quite strange! ). However, the smaller of the two pools was accessible to us. The apartment is located very close to Calangute beach ( you can walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes) and you have good restaurants nearby. In all it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend Nancy's apartment.

This place is located just 15 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, the most famous night club and just 10 minutes walk from the market where you can find anything and everything you need. And all the other beaches are also not very far and local commuting is also just a call away. The apartment is newly renovated and the caretaker of the house is always at your doorstep and very helpful. We did not face even a single difficulty to find anything. The owner of the apartment is wonderful person to deal with. Always in touch and keep asking for your immediate needs. We are 7 adults and two kids but we did not find any difficulty to stay there. The swimming pool was also in good condition and my kids enjoyed a lot. This place is appropriate for a comfortable stay. Great place , very near to candolim and calangute beach. It is complex of 25 odd service apartments, mostly all used by tourists. All necessities (restaurants, super markets, medical etc are just 3-5 minutes walk) beach is 10 minutes walk. Tourist support services (taxi etc) available in complex (though we had pre-arranged through others and regretted)

Shubh was a great host. He made the Goa experience very enjoyable... The actual place was a little farther from the beach and nightlife than I was hoping, but cabs weren't hard to get. Overall, fun weekend in Goa. Get some motorcycles and explore a bit if you can! ;)

From the time I booked the apartment till my checkout Shubh was always available for our need, he made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was just superb feels like home it is very comfortable for 8 people to stay. Pinto was very much available for us all the time loved his service. We didn't have any problem staying here and we loved staying at Shubhs place, we would definitely come back and recommend anyone going to Goa. First things first. The host was brilliant. Right from the day we booked to our last day of stay in the Appartment, he took care of all our needs. He even suggested some wonderful places to eat. The caretaker is very responsive and catered to our needs round the clock. The property is strategically located near Calangute beach (approx 1.5 km) and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It also has a lot of shops in the vicinity to but groceries and other things. It's a very safe locality and very well connected. This place is definitely one of the reasons for our memorable goa trip. :D

We had a trip to Goa on September with office colleagues and we chose Shubh's place to stay over the weekend. I believe that we couldn't have made a better choice selecting our place. Shubh's place is right at the heart of Goa, with all beaches nearby. We had rented scooters and all famous shacks and beaches were within 15mins ride. The place was really clean and neat, all amenities were in place, which says a lot about Shubh's attention to details. The caretaker was a phone call away, in case we needed anything. The pool was amazing and we spent many hours in evening there chilling out. Shubh is a really caring host. Though he doesn't stay in Goa, he was always in contact, answering our queries, helping us out finding places to visit, discover eateries around. This took a lot of our worries away. He arranged the place to be cleaned on 2nd day while we were out. We came back and found the place in same state as we came in. On our last day, we were supposed to check out at 12 as per the policy and our bus was in the evening. Shubh offered us a complimentary late checkout at 5pm which was a lifesaver, and allowed us to make a quick trip to old goa. This was my first Airbnb booking, and I am glad that I chose Shubh's place to stay. I would definitely stay at his place next time I visit Goa and would strongly recommend him to everyone else. He is indeed a Super Host!

Shubh is a good host and very friendly person. Even though he was not available in person, he took care care of everything over phone. Unfortunately his caretaker went on leave, but Shubh genuinely tried his level best to overcome the problems. Listing on the website is 100% accurate. Furniture and entertainment equipment is good and appt is specious.

No washroom doormat, no ashtray was there. Aquaguard was also not working fine. Although the host is reachable through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) but he was mainly communicating through a guy named suresh. And Suresh is the rudest person we've met in Goa, he just did not care about what we needed. And after check out he threatened us of a bad review in airbnb as we were "taking his time" then he was not even looking at us. This guy made us hate airbnb. We reached there 1 hour before.and told the host to just keep our bags and we will check in after 2pm. But he just told that he cannot help and left. He did the same thing when checking out. We got many apartments at the same complex charging much lesser. "You guys are taking my time" this is the sentence your manager Suresh told us. There was no washroom doormat, we forced to use a towel to wash our legs. And he told "This is why we don't rent to group of guys". I told the host on my very first message that me and my 3 friends are going. That time he/she should have told me. Did not expect this kind of words. Otherwise Santosh was very good to us and apartment was awesome.

Well you always have great expectations from a GOA Trip and to on a New Year's Eve. First you need is a place to stay and Gitane and Santosh"s Place is the one for you. Santosh was right there for us since our trip started. He arranged for the airport pickups and drops, the bikes, prepared itinerary for us, the island trip, kept the milk, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. The places where to eat and what all to try. They really made our trip memorable though we could not meet Gitane but Santosh was there for us. Now the place, its a great apartment, clean, cosy, comfortable , spacious, the kitchen is great, everything works superbly be it the geyser, a.c, t.v and very well maintained apartment. The location is also very prime the public transport, shops, restaurants are a mere 2-3 min walk. We fell in love with this place. Thanks Gitane and Santosh for making our trip a memorable one for us. Next time me or any of my friends visit Goa, it is always gonna b a stay at Gitane and Santosh's. You guys are really awesome and wonderful people and hosts. Hope to see you again. God Bless you !!!
