Beautiful one bedroom coach house with parking

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

It is cedar clad with powder coated aluminium windows and doors. Just 2 minutes walk down the drive onto the High Street, 8 mins from the beach & coast path and situated at the top of our long, private drive, the boat house enjoys peace and privacy at the same time as being very conveniently situated.

Our home is a detached 1930s house in a tranquil setting, adjacent to The Byes Riverside Park. It's a delightful, easy walk (15 mins) through the park to the town centre. The twin-bedded room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. It's in a separate part of the house and self contained, with your own entrance. A simple help-yourself breakfast is provided. Free parking. A fridge is provided & fresh milk, tea, coffee & biscuits.
