For a friendly, family-friendly and comfortable stay, discover "le P'tit Vert", renovated in our old attic, and open in early 2025. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Small quiet house between sea and countryside

Future guests, read the listing carefully! Small house (56m2) located in the heart of the plains of the Battle of Normandy, at the gates of Swiss Normandy, in the countryside between Caen and Falaise. Greenway nearby, 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from a farmers market, 200m from a charcuterie. Bourg 3 km away with all amenities. Great place to stay for 4 people. Beyond 4 people, it's more in "camping mode". Possibility of larger groups (some came at 15!).

Nice completely renovated 35 m2 apartment located at the foot of the Vaugueux (historic district). Close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping) and public transport (tram, bus). The train station is 1 km away. Paid parking spaces during the day at the foot of the building. Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!

Village very well located on Caen axis (8 min ring road, 20 min Caen center)/Falaise (20 min), 25 min Ouistreham, 40 min Arromanches, 30 min Suisse Normande (Clécy). Garden area with table and chairs to enjoy meals under the Normandy sun! Those intolerant to the songs of chickens should refrain, the cottage is close to a hen house, which can be a nuisance for people not used to or refractory to country noises. No wifi - 4G network
