This private gated residence offers a double garage (garage available on request) and a horseshoe drive that can accommodate 7 cars. Free fast WIFI, NOWTV and Netflix capable (feel free to log in) , a well stocked mini bar and breakfast hampers available on request. the house has front and rear gardens, the rear garden is fully enclosed, making it perfect for lounging in the sun the accommodation can sleep 10 people, the house is huge... but on request we often allow guests to have visitors. the house benefits from a selection of ground floor bedrooms, one level,,, no steps from room to room. it also has two double rooms and a shower room on the first floor. were also large enough to host wedding accommodation, small conferencing or you’re entire workforce
Our house is positioned on saltshouse road in hull, fantastic local amenities from local pubs, shops and the historic Sutton village. We've even a golf course less than a tee off away.

    A newly built country lodge, set on a quiet estate in the village of Dunswell, just 20 minutes from Hull City Centre, or 10 minutes from Beverley. The property has an open plan living space with fully kitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed - ideal for two children. Outside there is ample car parking space, and a patio area directly off the living space. The estate is at the bottom of a quiet village lane making this a safe and peaceful place to stay.
    The lodge is a high specification cabin, and fitted out to a high standard. Sited in July 17, it is in perfect condition. The modern open plan living space consists of kitchen, dining table with seating for four a and comfortable sofa and television. The kitchen is well equipped and contains an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is fully set with everything you need to cook and eat meals, just as you would at home. The bathroom includes both a bath and separate corner shower. WiFi is also freely available. Code L2PE45Z7Y43AF. Don't expect too much of the internet speed though please, as we are in a rural location. Also, pets are welcome but we kindly request a supplement of £10 towards the cleaning costs Brand new beds and bedding mean you will have a comfortable sleep, especially as the area is so quiet. Towels also provided. The lodge is part of a residential estate, that sits adjacent to the River Hull. Walks along the river bank are a pleasant way to spend some time.
    The site is in the village of Dunswell, which is half way between the picturesque market town of Beverley and the 2017 City of Culture, Hull. In the village is a Chinese restaurant and takeaway, a petrol station with convenience shop that is open until late, and a lovely country pub/motel that serves meals everyday. Buses run regularly from the village to Hull and Beverley.

    My place is large studio apartment overlooking Driffield Canal is close to the town centre and is good for people visiting area with excellent rail and bus links. Accommodation is good for couples, small families and business travellers. The accommodation comprises of entrance, 5 star hotel shower room with toilet and WC, combined kitchen, lounge and bed area with stairs leading to second bed area. The apartment has high vaulted ceiling with orginal beams and has been completely renovated.
    The appartment has Sky TV with movies, box sets, HD etc and has Sky broadband with good signal ( does not include Sky Store movies purchases if required will need to be paid for on departure). We have recently upgraded the heating to Fischer Future radiators from our original night storage heater in addition we for a Dyson hot and cold tower. We provide basic bread, milk, butter and cerials, if required we can purchase additional food items for those arriving late from our local Tesco at rechargeable cost. Recently upgraded electrics , new consumer unit and full electrical check in line with future regulations for rented accommodation.
    Appartment is located within converted historic mill adjacent to the canel head. The building is the most photographed iconic property within the Driffield area.

  • We stayed in Diana and Chris' apartment for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. The apartment really is fantastic and we had a lovely and relaxing stay. Both Chris and Diana met us on check in, showed us around and answered any questions we had. Their were lots of lovely little touches, such as fresh bread, milk and cereal available in the kitchen, slippers and dressing gowns in the bathroom and sky movies on the TV. We had everything we needed and more and was the perfect base for visiting family. We can't wait to return when we are next in the area.

Its around a 20minute walk to the centre of Beverley and Tesco, its a lovely walk. Judith and Beatrix left us lots of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and other things. Plenty of clean towels in the cupboard and a lovely soft duvet. We were very comfortable.

  • We had a lovely stay at the Cart Shed celebrating a family birthday. The cottage was warm, cosy and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The extra touches such as fresh flowers in the rooms and the hamper on arrival were appreciated by all and the homemade cake was absolutely delicious! The hosts even accepted and unpacked our food shopping delivery prior to our arrival so we arrived to fully stocked cupboards! Thank you for a fantastic weekend, we hope to be back!

  • Wow, this place is beautiful. Set in a lovely quiet setting, close to local amenities. The Hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. You really do feel at home here, with a home from home comfort feel within this stunning converted barn. We have three children who range from 6-14 years old, they loved it here and are begging to return soon. The property is well stocked with everything you need and a lot you didn’t realise you needed! Superb!

  • This was a great stay. Gorgeous place, really homely and comfortable and very hospitable hosts. The cottage is in beautiful countryside with lots of birds to watch and wild rabbits bobbing about. There are also some chickens on the ground to visit. It's 20 minutes walk from Brandesburton village where there is a pub/fish and chip shop etc. Brandesburton itself is pretty tiny but lots of touristy places to drive to within 10-30 mins. It's very child friendly but also great for the adults to relax in the nice open plan living area. Plenty of comfy seats to chill out on. There is a lovely fire but we didn't need it as it's so well insulated. We would thoroughly recommend it!

    A welcoming home from home, perfect for families and Yorkshire explorers! The house has four double bedrooms, one with en-suite. There is a house bathroom with a bath and shower combined. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor so perfect for anyone unable to use the stairs. The house is on a very quiet street. There is a drive to park cars. There is a front and back garden. Across the road is the village playpark.
    The house is extremely homely, and we invite visitors to make themselves at home! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans so you can cook as you would at home.
    The Meadows is a beautiful four bed detached family house. It is positioned on a very quiet street, just a two minute walk from the heart of the village.

The grounds were beautiful and spacious overlooking a cow field and we felt very welcome. We’re vegan and Janice went out of her way to provide some vegan things for us over the few days of our stay. We decided to stay in Brandesburton due to its location to the East Coast and nearby towns i.e Beverley. We made the right choice. Janice was an incredible host and we were made to feel most welcome. We had all the comforts of home in addition to feeling like we had privacy. Janice also provided a couple of goodies in the way of homebread bread and cake. 😁 We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

In the mornings we were treated to eggs that had been laid by the chickens in the garden, you couldn't get fresher or tastier eggs.     A lovely semi-detached house in a fabulous area with lots of amenities close by. Shops, pubs and takeaways a few minutes walk away. Very close to Hull University, walking distance. The house has an original galley kitchen which means it’s compact but has everything you need. Town centre is easily accessible via public transport. All bedrooms have curtains or black-out blinds.

  • We had a lovely stay at Terri’s accommodation. Her place was very comfortable and equipped for a long-term stay. The new oven and stovetop were great and super quick. The street was quite and an easy few minutes walk to the bus stop, a post office and few local shops. We walked easily to Tesco, Aldi and Lidl supermarkets, which were 1-1.5km away. Terri was a very welcoming host who was prompt at all times and she was always very friendly, before and during our stay. We will be staying again!

Car parking was tight, due to the length of our car, however, the gentleman who parked his car opposite, opened his gate to allow more room and then parked the car for us, beat that for hospitality/friendliness. Can recommend the pizza place next door, so much choice and food was delicious. My only criticism is that their delivery driver constantly slammed the shop and car door, which did disturb my sleep. Scott was very responsive to messages. The check in and out process was simple. Beverley is such a lovely place, with such friendly people, definitely worth a visit.

    We are quiet village within the east riding of Yorkshire. The Railway Inn is situated half way on the Hull to Hornsea discussed railway track which is enjoyed by all , from dog walkers to keen runners and cyclists. 2 miles away we have a hidden gem of Burton Constable Hall, this stately home is a fantastic place to explore and had be proud to have hosted events such as Antiques Roadshow and Radio 1's big weekend previously.

Minutes from the seafront (and the lovely Marine pub) and a short walk to the shops in town. We loved it so much we stayed on and booked it out another 3 days. Would definitely stay again.   • A lovely spacious flat just minutes away from the sea front and from the bus stop. We used it as a base for walking the England Coast Path. The flat was clean and welcoming with everything we needed even milk bread and butter in the fridge, and tea and coffee. There was a range of toiletries in the bathroom. Free WiFi and a new washing machine which was useful. Lots of local information including numbers for taxis and directions to the local shops, there are supermarkets a short walk away. A really lovely place to stay.

    Coastal Haven is a modern house with 2 bedrooms and bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 overlooking the rear garden, has 3’ bunk beds. The sitting room features a hardwood floor with rug, 2 double sofas and a 40” TV with free Sky TV. The kitchen/diner has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a combi boiler. There is a pine dining table with 4 chairs. A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
    There is a sunny, secure, enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture including a swing bench provided. A patio and 2 decks provide the perfect space for sunbathing and BBQs with a grassed area for children/pets to play on. Also available is a secure cycle store for at least 2 adult bikes. The house has a private side-driveway with room for 2 cars.
    Hornsea is a small coastal town on the East Coast of Yorkshire. There is a 1.8 mile stretch of peaceful, blue flag beach made up of sand and shingle with a quaint promenade. Hornsea Mere is the largest freshwater lake in Yorkshire with a cafe, opportunity for sailing and watching over 250 species of birds. The town also marks the eastern end of the Trans-Pennine Trail suitable for cycling and hiking. There are plenty of family-friendly attractions in Hornsea. Visit in July for the annual carnival and August for the Hornsea Bike Event featuring a popular motorcycle parade. Hornsea Freeport has a variety of outlet stores. There are also a range of small independent shops, bars and restaurants. Tesco is 0.6m away. Other facilities include the Golf Club, indoor bowls and the Floral Hall. Honeysuckle Farm is a family friendly attraction featuring a range of farm & small animals which is popular with children. Mr Moos ice cream is 5.6 miles away. Nearby is the historic market town of Beverley with its famous Minister and markets on a Wednesday and Saturday. Hull, the City of Culture for 2017-21 is home to a perfect mix of shopping, attractions/museums (many free) and nightlife.

  • We loved Jane's place. Lovely quiet cul-de-sac within striking distance of the beach, the freeport, the mere, and the town centre. The house is well kitted out and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and warm. Super easy check-in/out. There was tea/coffee/milk/biscuits already at the place along with a collection of all the basic starters salt/pepper etc which makes things a whole lot easier. His place was tons more than we had expected, he has thought of absolutely everything....TVs in all 3 bedrooms and games consoles to keep young (and old alike) occupied and the lounge area boasts a TV, Sky box and WiFi plus loads of DVDs for differing ages..in the cupboards are plenty of crockery/cutlery/cooking equipment and a fantastic touch was finding store cupboard items(salt/pepper/sauces/soup/chocolate spread/food + bin bags/foil/wrap and all the other non food items such as washing up liquid/bleach/washing powder/conditioner/kitchen and loo roll...even toothpaste in the bathroom cabinet..We will without a shadow of a doubt return and would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for the 'home from home' ...thanks again Jason.xx.

  • We loved staying here out of season, it was nice and quiet, just what we were looking for, we went for walks on the beach and to listen to the waves at night. The caravan was cosy and the heaters made it lovely and warm even though it was cold outside. We loved the sound of the rain on the roof, so relaxing! And we got a pizza delivered to the site on the first night. It was easy to cook in the caravan on the other nights, Tesco not far away at all and we explored nearby fraisthorpe beach as well as popular Bridlington. Really easy check in/check out procedure and Jason was available via phone whenever we needed him, his communication was fantastic. We'll definitely be back :)

    Hutton Cranswick is a pretty village which is made up of two conjoined villages. The property is located in Cranswick where there is a large, picturesque village green, reportedly the largest in East Yorkshire with a children's play area and a pond. The historic town of Beverley can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by train and approximately 15 minutes by car. Hull can be reached by train in approximately 25 minutes or approximately 40 minutes by car. York can be reached in approximately 50 minutes by car. The seaside resort of Bridlington is just a 20 minute drive away or can be reached in a similar time by train. An annual village show is held on the green along with other family aimed events. The area offers excellent walking routes with many well-maintained public footpaths leading from the village centre offering circular walking routes of varying lengths.   • What a fabulous apartment in a perfect location. Based in the heart of Beverley you are literally a stones throw away from great restaurants, pubs and quirky independent shops. Aura downstairs is a fabulous little boutique and I loved the record shop across the road. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable and cosy. The welcoming touches were also much appreciated and very generous. To leave us a bottle of chilled fizz, beers, milk and tonic for our G&T’s was well above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beverley. The hosts were fantastic and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Sami we had a great stay x

    We have a self contained studio in the garden of our family home. There is a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave & electric hot plate, a dining table & 2 chairs. A shower room with sink & toilet. The bedroom & lounge area are in one large room with a double bed, 1 double wardrobe, desk, sofa & chair, TV, WiFi. Parking space x 1 car. Location off Hull Road, Cottingham.
    Detached studio at the bottom of garden so is quite private & quiet. Guests are welcome to use the patio area outside the studio. Accessed by side gates so can come & go as please.
    Located in quiet residential area off Hull Road, Cottingham. Within a mile of the train station & village centre. Convenient for the University, Castle Hill Hospital, Hull City Centre & Beverley.

  • Sally’s place is in a great location. About 20 mins drive from Bridlington and 45 mins to Scarborough. Sally and Steve were great hosts who provided clear instructions on how to find their place and checked in on us as we arrived and when we left. The hot tub is so relaxing and is nicely in a private space.
