Die 1-Zi. Souterrain- Whg (45qm) befindet sich in einem EFH in einer Sackgasse in Ochtmissen. In nur 10 Min erreichen Sie mit dem PKW das Stadtzentrum. Die Buslinie 5005 fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Über einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die Whg. Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Kleinkinder sind auf Grund der Sicherheitsbedingungen nicht gestattet.

This charismatic apartment invites you to relax or actively relax, e.g. in the forest right outside the front door or on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Germany, in St. Dionys. The largest apartment of 75 m² is part of a half-timbered building with a thatched roof in the so-called heath village. It has two living rooms, each with a gallery. The split-level architecture, the timber frame and the selected interior design give this accommodation the special flair.

The approx. 66 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of an old farmhouse, is newly renovated and newly furnished, bright and cozy. A parking space is right by the house. The apartment is located close to the historic Nikolaihof in the southern part of the village, about 20 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. It is about 5 km to the city center of Lüneburg. Two bikes are available for guests. A bus stop to Lüneburg and the surrounding area is very close.

Our ecologically built duplex apartment (2010) not only impresses with its central location, but also the processing of a lot of wood and the large windows give it an unmistakable charm. The sun can be enjoyed with a cup of tea both in the kitchen overlooking the countryside and on the balcony from the top. Willkommen in unserem Phantastischen Atelier, einem stilvollen Apartment mit besonderem Flair und viel Liebe eingerichtet. Dich erwarten ein großzügiges 180 cm Bett, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Spüle, ausgestattet für ein Frühstück oder Snacks sowie ein privates Badezimmer und Balkon. Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

Restaurants, cafes and attractions are very close. Apartment N° 11 on the 4th floor (elevator) with fast Wi-Fi and Magenta TV and the practical washing machine in the house provide amenities at a high standard.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.

Our cozy apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old Lüneburg townhouse was renovated in 2022 and lovingly refurnished. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.

Kick back & relax in our stylish apartment. Our house is located on the edge of a wonderful large forest area. The Green Eagle golf course is only 4 km away. Lüneburg and Hamburg are close and can be reached quickly both by train and by car. The apartment is on the second floor with an amazing view of our beautiful large courtyard. Each room has been lovingly designed by us with many details.

Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.
