On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, the presence of beams in the sitting area add charm but can be inconvenient for very tall persons! Golf&Beach Apartment w/ AirCo - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

The garden is a lovely paradise where you will find around 70 different species and variety of plants and flowers. Supermarket / pharmacy/ backery and good restaurants are no more than 1 km distance. Free parking guaranteed in the street in front of the house.

The Aroeira Eco was designed to be surrounded by nature. This space merges the interior and exterior as one. An openSpace with a fully equipped kitchen open to the garden. The wonderful beaches of the area are 5 min by car. Or, if you prefer to walk to the beach and down the cliff, it's a beautiful route. Beach house located on the cliffs of the charming village Azenhas do Mar. In the morning, the birds sing happily, toasting another day.
