Adela and her husband have treated us great! We arrived later than expected and have been very flexible when keys. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, everything works great and have taken care to detail (sheets and towels, dishes, hangers in closets, iron, etc.). All in all it was a good experience, great holidays - we enjoyed it. The apartments are not large, but cozy and it was enough space for 4 adults and baby. The apartment has everything you need for living (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bath, towels etc.). Apartments are on the first floor, but it's even better - there is a very pleasant terrace where you can have a wonderful dinning and immediately go to the pool. The apartments are 100 meters from the sea, on the beach there are restaurants. But I would recommend to rent a car - to the shops and the center of Denia walk very far. Lola, the owner of apartments is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Helped us with baby cot and children eating chair. Despite the fact that Lola speaks only Spanish, we were able to find a common language;) From small disadvantages, we can say that there is no air conditioning and very slippery floor.

Sascha house is perfectly located, 5 minutes drive from the beach, in a quiet and full of shops and bars where to shop, stroll or drink area. The townhouse is as seen in the pictures, perfect for a few days. Jose Luis and his parents are very attentive caring at all times. We were to spend the New Year's Eve so we could not enjoy the pools with urbanization counts. The apartment was very clean with all possible needs. The house was exactly as advertised in the pictures, perfect for some relaxing. Right next to a quiet beach and the great pool, you could swim until 10 pm. Olga very friendly, we got on arrival facilities, tips for dinner and even had hammocks for the beach. Anyway, very comfortable and repeat.

Everything was perfect. The house is as shown in the photos. very familiar and quiet neighborhood, the area is quiet but with easy access to everything needed for a holiday (supermarket, restaurants, etc ..) The beach is right next to the complex, and although it is a pebble beach, one once in the water the bottom is sandy. Just 10/15 minute walk is accessible sandy beaches. Olga was always at our disposal both on arrival and for any unforeseen event that could happen. A highly recommended for those who seek a quiet and pleasant apartment.

Rosa's place is a very lovely place, very close to the (sand) beach with everything you need, just outside of the touristic area, but close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen (even an oven!), lovely terrace at the back of the house (with a small inflatable pool for our son!), and it was very quiet, spacious and convenient. Rosa is a very sweet lady who helped us out very well, she lives next door so was always available if we needed something or some advise on the area. Good for small children, we would definitely stay again!

La estancia en el bungalow de Rosa ha cumplido con las expectativas, nos hemos sentido como en casa y Rosa ha sido muy amable y servicial con nosotros. Hemos viajado con dos niñas y el hecho de disponer de patio y que la calle sea cortada es ideal.

Tuvimos una estancia en la casa muy tranquila que era lo que buscábamos. La casa es grande y se está muy cómodo. Fani and her parents are very nice, warm and welcoming people. They can explain a lot about the surroundings and places to visit and will also show you around if you like. The house is huge and so is the terrain of orange trees, it's very soothing. Driving around here offers great views and a sense of detachment of the hectic world. The location is perfect, close to the beach but away from the touristic center. There are many great spots to eat, just make sure you reserve a table the day before - especially if you'd like to opt for paella.

We were welcomed by Fani's parents who made us feel very at home during the whole stay. We even extended our sojourn by several days as it was so peaceful and relaxing. We loved swimming in the pool, and swimming in the sea 5 minutes away every day. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful, lush orange groves and writing poetry. Thank you to our spanish god parents for your warmth and joyfulness! We hope to come back one day!

The apartment is situated within a large gated development with two pools and overlooked the beach. On arrival we found that we didn't have an iron so Roberto sorted this out within a couple of days. Overall we were disappointed as the apartment did not get any sun on the balcony during the 5 week period we stayed, granted it's early in the year but the position of the building only gave you a glimpse of sun in the kitchen during the morning period! On first impressions the apartment looked OK but after a couple of days we were glad we hadn't booked for the 3 months we were planning to stay, it needs decorating from top to bottom, and the unused items need to be binned, old blinds, broken hover, bits of tools etc etc. The electrical wiring also needs to be looked at with some urgency as it tripped off a number of times while we were staying, the wiring on the fan for the log fire is a hazard as it trails along the floor with a bit of tape covering the joint to the additional piece of cable that runs to a random socket, it needs urgent attention to make it safe! Roberto also needs to review the towels as they look a little tired, customers need to also note that the apartment has not got an oven, a microwave yes, but no oven, so if you wanted to cook a simple pizza forget it!

This was a terrific apartment on the Mediterranean. We were in Spain for two weeks and this was a highlight with an absolutely fantastic location and view. The well furnished apartment was in immaculate condition and our stay could not have been more enjoyable. We enjoyed walks on the beach and eating on our own private deck while watching the waves crash. Sleep was easy in the comfortable bed while listening to the ocean sounds It was close access to a big grocery store, great restaurants and the town of Denia but far enough away to be a relaxing piece of paradise.

I had a great stay at Roberto's apartment. Sitting on the terrace this close to the water or sleeping to the sound of the waves is something special. The apartment is a bit out of Denia, so it is good to have a car. Otherwise you have some bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and a bus which takes you to town. The big advantage of the position is that the beach is not overrun, and there is even a small cafe on the beach open during summer. Roberto and Julio have been very helpful and were so kind and flexible to let me switch a couple of days due to a lost flight. Thanks again for this! Very recommendable, I will surely return.

El apartamento es ideal en lo relativo a la ubicación, justo en frente de la playa y a pocos kilómetros de Dènia, tranquilo, perfecto para el descanso y el relax; comodidad: dispone de todo lo necesario, ducha amplia, camas estupendas, un sofá grandísimo, buena terraza, menaje de cocina, etc.Las piscinas y los jardines muy cuidados. Desde el primer momento tanto Roberto como Julio estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de nuestra llegada, de facilitarnos la estancia, de darnos todo tipo de detalles logísticos, etc... Hasta nos dejaron una botella de agua en la nevera. Volvería sin duda a este apartamento! Para ir con niños es perfecto, por su ubicación en la playa, con dos piscinas estupendas y un jardín con columpios geniales. Muchas gracias!

Estuvimos genial en el apartamento de Roberto. La urbanización es una monada, con dos piscinas, cesped y lo mejor de todo, es que está literalmente al lado de la playa. Ademas tiene un balcón precioso con vistas al mar...! Nos trataron muy bien, nos ayudaron a encontrar la ubicación, todo genial. La única pega que le pondría es que el apartamento no tiene Wifi!

El tiempo que pasamos en el piso fue fenomenal! El piso está 100% de lo que muestran las fotos. Puedo recomendar a todos que quieren pasar unos días tranquilos en la playa con vista buenísima. Todo lo necesario está muy cerca.
