Het appartement van maar liefst 100m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken: keuken, 55 inch TV met comfortabele bank & salon tafel, badkamer met bad & een royale slaapkamer met kingsize bed voor een goede nachtrust.

Relax and unwind in the beautiful and quiet village of Tytsjerk. At our house, we have a beautiful accommodation with a homey, warm atmosphere where you will quickly feel at ease. In the area you can completely unwind; come for a nice walk and bike ride. In the village, there is the forest of Ype, and in Burgum, you will find sauna de Leeuwerikhoeve. By bus or car, you can be in Leeuwarden in no time to shop, go to the bios or have a bite to eat. Dokkum is also recommended, or Groningen.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. The residence is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day you can order a luxury DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Guesthouse "De Serre"

In beautiful Friesland, this beautiful house with great views is located. The Serre is a holiday home behind our house with a nice bright room which borders the large garden. In this garden also stay our dog, the goats (behind a fence) and the chickens and free-range ducks. Great nature reserves in this region invite you to hike and cycle. In addition, Leeuwarden and Dokkum are cozy cities nearby. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at our Waterfront Chalet, complete with renovated restaurant and stunning lake views. Our cozy accommodation offers air conditioning, wired internet is available with USB connection. Bedroom, bathroom and full equipped kitchen with towels and bedding included. Ideal for a weekend or longer stay. Relax on the terrace or garden and rent an electric sloop at our boat rental in the harbor in front of the chalets.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

Sleeping on the floor of a teahouse - Teetún de Hollen -; a whole experience. Downstairs is a large living area with open kitchen. The teahouse is located in a rural area where a lot of cycling and walking is done. The tea garden is therefore open to guests in the summer months. Small scale, hospitality, accessibility are words that fit our location. Rest and space is what guests will find with us.
