Cozy 60-square-meter apartment: Loft on the 5th floor (with elevator) with a terrace in a recently updated classic style building. It has a double room in the attic, bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and open concept living room with direct access to the terrace. Renovated with all the modern amenities but maintaining the classic style of the time. The apartment has a comfortable table, television, stereo, free high-speed wifi, air conditioning/heating, wooden floors, Climalit windows... and all with lots of sun!!! -The Bedroom has a double bed with a beautiful dresser with drawers and a coat rack to hang your clothes. -The living room is very bright, with TV, DVD and a comfortable sofa to relax. -The Kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, water heater, blender, toaster, ... You will also find everything you need to cook and eat: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans ... -The bathroom with shower has hygiene products: hair dryer, shampoo, gel, toilet soap, clothes iron... Of course, in the apartment there are: sheets, towels, warm duvets and beach towels. Everything you need to feel at home ;-) Fifth floor with an elevator, located in a beautiful building with a facade protected for its architectural value, located in the central neighborhood of Ruzafa. All utility services are included in the price: electricity, water and Internet. You will have complete privacy during your stay, because you are booking the entire property. Currently a trendy neighborhood among artists and designers. There is one of the most traditional markets for typical products very close to the apartment. An experience that brings you closer to the life and culture of the historic Ruzafa neighborhood. You can find a wide variety of gastronomic and leisure venues nearby, some of them by renowned chefs. You also have all the services you may need, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, bicycle rental, pharmacies, post office, gym, laundry, etc. IN THE CITY OF VALENCIA! Conveniently located for professional activities, due to its proximity to the city center, from where you can easily move to any destination you need. The apartment is located on Calle Carlos Cervera, Valencia, a few meters from the city's main square (5-10 minutes walk). With metro and bus stops very close to the beach, the trade fair, congress center, City of Sciences, etc. You can walk to the Town Hall square and the old neighborhood (El Carmen), where the city's most characteristic monuments are located. The EMT Valencia bus line 19 is a 1-minute walk from the entrance door to the property. With it you can go directly to the Malva-rosa and Patacona beach. A 5-minute walk away is the Xátiva metro, red, green and brown lines 3, 5 and 9, with which you can go/return directly to the airport. In addition, they connect you to the rest of the metro lines so you can go wherever you want. You can see it on the Airbnb map. Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.
