Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Watergate Bay our favorite, is 10 mins from our door. If you have energy to burn then you can walk/cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin or Padstow. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

We are situated perfectly within an area commonly known as “Seven bays for Seven days” so beautiful beaches to visit, all within a 5-10 min drive! Our guest describe the Character barn as a “home from home” with beamed ceilings, slate floors and wood burner as well as all the mod cons one uses in their own home.
