Holiday apartment 1 in the House Wiesel is suitable for 1-4 persons. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a large single bed in the spacious hallway, and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A second separate toilet is also available. Furthermore, the holiday apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy pine wood parlour with a tiled stove, and a terrace with a garden. The tourism tax for the Stubai Valley must be paid in cash on site. Persons over 15 years of age pay €4.80 per day.

Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as cross-country skiing routes, pass by the property. 2 drag lifts and 1 baby lift have a retro flair. The village inn right next door. Incredibly beautiful and genuine!

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. And now even the village square is newly renovated.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
