Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Puddledock Piggery

Built to an exceptional standard, Puddledock Piggery sits in a secluded area, 12 miles from Bath and 2 miles from the centre of the ancient Somerset market town of Frome. A countryside annex in 1.2 acres

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Sitting in 1.2 acres of countryside, enjoy the quiet charm of watching woodpeckers and deer. This place is tranquil and relaxing but only 10 miles from Bath and within easy reach of many tourist attractions including Longleat and Stourhead. A self contained accommodation it consists of one bedroom and large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests.

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Granby Cottage is a spacious, air-conditioned two-bedroom bungalow set within the grounds of a private country house estate. It is dog-friendly and features an enclosed private garden with your own patio & BBQ. For our four-legged guests, be sure to book one of our fantastic dog playfields on site. Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat (11 miles). Simple, cosy space. Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

The Barn is set within the countryside of Wiltshire and it was fully refurbished in 2019. It is located within the 3 acre grounds of Willow Grange, which borders Somerset. The Barn overlooks paddocks and is surrounded by trees and fields. It is the perfect location to visit Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat & other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. With direct train links from Westbury to London. Unfortunately we are strictly no pets.
