The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Wander- bzw. Radwege beginnen praktisch in < 100 m von der Wohnung. Auch der Bostalsee ist nur 10 KM entfernt. Unser modernes Lederbett mit neuer fester Matratze ist ein niedriges Doppelbett von 140 cm und so eher für 1-2 junge gelenkige Leute passend. Neue teils satinierte Fenster mit Schallschutz!

There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.
