It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our "attic" is a traditional guesthouse overlooking the mountain of the Muses, Helicon, and Parnassus. Our accommodation is ready to accommodate families, couples and groups looking for a place that combines natural beauty, relaxation and extreme sports. It can satisfy your every wish, whatever season you choose to visit us. It is located in the traditional village of Steiri, which combines history, adventure, mountain and sea.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Amazing nature, sunrise and sunset, pink sky with soft snow white clouds on blue marvellous sea horizon will give great spiritual and emotional joy. The location is particularly favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. It combines the beauty, tranquility and safety of a private beach without traffic and cars, while nightlife lovers can enjoy it in the surrounding areas - Akrata, Derveni or Platanos. My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
