In the attic, there is a large bedroom with four beds, a TV, and a wardrobe. (Steep stairs! Equipped with a gate.) In the second, smaller bedroom on the ground floor, there are two beds and cabinets. (Layout - behind the bathroom!). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Blinds on the windows. In the garden, there is a gazebo with a fireplace and seating area, and a trampoline. Parking in front of house on paved area.

The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

The appartment is located on the first floor of the cottage Peřový Dům. In the quiet village of Brezova between Adrspach - Teplice Rocks, Broumovské stěny and Ostaš. Ideal for hiking, biking, climbing and cross-country skiing. Accommodation for 6-8 people We offer free WiFi. We do not charge costs for cleaning the appartment (2000 Kč) if you clean it before leaving. Electricity is charged against actual use and costs.
