It's less than 30 min away from all LA area attractions—Disneyland, Hollywood & the beautiful OC beaches. Less than 5 mins away are grocery stores, shopping, and hiking trails. The home has an amazing view of the San Bernardino mountains. This city and the surrounding areas offer a lot of late night dining options.

The studio is comfortable for a family of 4 or "extra cozy" for 2 couples. One queen bed + a queen air mattress. Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, FULL kitchen, private garden patio. Free Parking for one car. Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
