Poppy mountain is 11 miles Cave Run 24 Our place is a 1972 refurbished manufactured home with some mid-century furnishings and decor and some updates. There is also a large addition on the trailer which makes for a lot more space

Enjoy your coffee on the full length back deck, or grab a glimpse of the sunrise from the comfort of the front porch. Enjoy central heat & air for those ever-changing temps. Cabin has fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, gas grill, & fireplace. Cabin also has a dart board, pool table, board games, and books. We hope you enjoy hiking, boating, fishing, or hunting at Cave Run Lake as much as we do!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled at the front of our family farm, enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch, or catch the best sunsets in Kentucky. This one bedroom cottage includes a sleeping loft, full bath with laundry, and a full sized kitchen. Stretch your legs exploring the vineyard or fishing the ponds next to the cottage. We are a working farm with chickens, gardens, and the farm dogs. We are just 4 miles from I-64 and 8 miles from Morehead State University Campus.

There is plenty of room for parking vehicles and a boat. The cabin is surrounded by trees with only two other cabins on the road.. The DBNF and Licking River are nearby. The cabin has 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 twins and 1 queen. A queen sleeper sofa is downstairs. A full bath is downstairs. The cabin will sleep up to 6 people.

Sunset Cottage is located among the farms and fields of Morehead, KY. Conveniently situated off of I-64, within 10 min. of Cave Run Lake, App Harvest, Ind. Stave Co., and MSU. This newly remodeled 2-bedroom home has 1 queen, 1 full, & 1 twin bed. A quaint living room with an elec. fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer & an outdoor space that includes a gas grill and fire pit. There is plenty of room to park your boat and a porch to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset

Musky Hideaway Cabin

Hot Tub is back in working order as of 4/1/24!!! Musky Hideaway Cabin is a spacious 2-bedroom A-Frame sitting on a hill with trees on multiple sides of the property. It has recently been remodeled with unique fishing decor. There are two balconies - 1 is private from a bedroom and one is off the main room and attached to the porch leading to main grass area. There is a covered deck/patio with a private area for hot tub use and a fire ring area on gravel with wood log seating area.

Approx 6 miles from I64. check into this unique guest house, facing the woods, you won’t be disappointed in the location or the atmosphere ,Relax on the porch or visit the goats at the farm, march is birthing season, come down the store and listen to the beekeepers discuss bee care, we also have a indoor beehive for viewing without touching (seasonally). Make us your next reservation, we look forward to seeing you. This property has 1 full size bed and one sofa fold out twin.

Bowman Pond Cabin, spacious 1 bdrm open floor plan

Setting back about 1/2 mile into our 375 acre farm is our Bowman Cabin. Kick back and relax in this beautiful open concept cabin on a small pond. It has many comforts of home such as electricity, heat/ac, running water. There is no wi-fi and cell phone signal varies however there is a tv w/antenna and a DVD/Blu-ray player. There is plenty of hiking . Laurel Gorge, Red River Gorge, Cave Run Lake and Grayson Lake are just a few attractions within short driving distance from us.

Creekside Cottage- Cave Run Lake- RRG

Relax in the romantic creekside cozy cottage nestled in the heart of Morehead, KY. Cave Run Lake is less than 3 miles away. Boat, ski, fish, kayak….the possibilities are endless. The Creekside Cottage is located at the top of the lake near restaurants, Eagle Trace Golf Course, and Morehead University. Explore nearby Red River Gorge or Carter Caves State Park.
