Perfect location for visiting Rouen. Direct and quick access to the docks and the city center (less than 15 minutes). Bus (TEOR) 100 m from the accommodation, every 8 minutes to Rouen. Free parking spaces at the foot of the accommodation. This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility, the living rooms are upstairs. No smoking, except on the terrace. This place is for guests only. The organization of parties, birthdays, meetings or any other type of gathering will be systematically refused or canceled.

In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen.
