The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the room. We will provide beds with 2.20 m long slats according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress or sofa in the living room. Modern practical kitchen, coffee machine, tea, spices and everything you need for cooking. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests who are looking for rest and peace to work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and it's ok, the house is well insulated. On the day of arrival, the apartment is heated to 22 degrees and you can monitor the temperature yourself.

The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

The cottage has 3 rooms, a garden behind the cottage and everything that a beautiful holiday requires. Cozy cabin in the south of Brno

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
