Cosy, sunny home with covered deck & private fenced backyard with lots of trees and birdlife. Central to activities & attractions. In a few minutes bike to the mountain bike tracks, walk to the forest, drive to golf course or town. Quiet area, lots of off-street parking and a garage to store gear. A cat lives at the house, loves pats and will need feeding (I provide food). You will have the house to yourself.
