Visitors to the house are supplied with a simple breakfast and premium tea & coffee. Parties and events are not allowed. Nightly rate is for first 2 guests. Each additional guest is $45/night.

The Penthouse Studio at Lake Tarawera

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.
