We're located moments away from the ferry. Once off the boat cross Guildford Square and local shops. Up High Street, Bute Castle to your right, then turn first left into Castle Street. Adjacent to the renowned Galatea Bar, Bonnie Bling coffee bar and around the corner is the fascinating Bute Museum & hip venue Bute Yard. Tricia from Howat's Housekeeping is our co-host with her team looking after the flat. Check-in and out via lock box - the code will be sent to you shortly before arrival.

Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

Bute Walkers Hideaway

This bright and comfortable flat has stunning views of Rothesay Bay. It is a great base for walking and other outdoor activities that Bute has to offer but is also close to shops and restaurants. It is a second floor flat and has one double and two single beds. It is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It is not child proofed. Two night minimum stay. Please note that we cannot accommodate Sunday arrivals if the flat is occupied on Friday and Saturday of the same weekend.

Soak up the breathtaking sea views in this cosy and quiet first floor1 bedroom flat, suitable for 2 guests. Clean and simple, everything you need is provided for including black out blinds, high speed internet, USB outlets, Smart TV and free on street parking. A serviced mooring ball is available for those arriving by boat. Truly a beachcombers haven!

The apartment is renovated to a high standard and offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is an ideal location for a weekend away with friends or family but also caters perfectly for a longer stay.

This lovely little quaint Port is perfect for anyone looking to relax, escapism, stress free break and great location for walking, cycling and sailing. This is a self check in property.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.
