Charmante petite maison avec accès direct à la voie verte, à 10 min à pied des 3 étangs de Rosporden. A vélo, profitez même d'aller directement à la plage de Concarneau en 1 H environ. La maison est à 5 min de tous commerces, à 15 min des plages de Concarneau et de la Forêt Fouesnant, à 20 min de Quimper et Pont-Aven, à 30 min de Locronan et du pays de Lorient. Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Its terrace and landscaped garden allow a bucolic getaway a stone's throw from the beaches.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck, otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season. Far from any noise or light pollution, dare to return to nature!

We are 1 couple with 3 children and we will be happy to welcome you to our large and beautiful flowered and wooded garden. We rent our trailer with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds, 1 kitchenette and meal. Sanitary facilities are outside (dry toilet and showers with hot water, sink).
