Es perfecto, lo tiene todo. A 8 minutos a pie de Cala Canyelles, la mejor de Rosas y a 3 Km del centro. Barrio lujoso. PK para estacionar 1 coche. WIFI calidad. Gran piscina. Terraza para comer bien 4 personas. Amplia zona comunitaria con salón de verano, donde solo pueden acceder 14 apartamentos, por lo que es muy tranquila. 2 habitaciones para dormir cómodamente 4 personas. El sofá tiene una cama doble dentro. Dispone de lavaplatos, 2 neveras, cocina de gas, lavadora y secadora.
