Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Velkommen til en romslig og moderne leilighet i Rosendal! Leiligheten har to soverom av god størrelse, et bad, et velutstyrt kjøkken og en stor stue. Den har balkong med nydelig utsikt. Det er gratis parkering. På det ene soverommet er det en 180cm seng. På det andre soverommet er det 2 stk 120cm senger. I gangen mellom rommene er det en daybed/seng på 90 cm. Det er flotte turmuligheter i nærheten og kort avstand til både sentrum og Baroniet. Boden og 1 av 3 klesskap er avlåst.

Leiligheten ligger bare et steinkast unna bussterminalen og hurtigbåtterminalen, så her kan du fint komme både med og uten bil.
