Twenty seconds from the sea and promenade, with bars, restaurants, shops. Private patio garden with hot and cold water shower. Possibility of a garage inside the building with direct elevator access. Pool and solarium on the building's rooftop with views of the entire bay. No traffic or noise, a few minutes from downtown. In the accommodation you can breathe in tranquility, you will hear the sea from all the rooms of the house, relax, play the piano, read or work with the sea in the background.

The round and blue house

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or to enjoy as a family. Villa de Vicar is very quiet village surrounded by mountains in the heart of nature. From the house you have beautiful views from the back porch to enjoy a glass of wine while watching sunset or breakfast in the morning sun. Boutique finca with lots of charm

Come to us, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is in the middle of two hectares of olive and almond trees. 5 minutes' walk from the white, Andalusian village with restaurants and shopping. 14 km from the beach, 10 minutes from 18-hole golf course and 30 minutes from the airport. The lively port city of Almeria can be reached in 25 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the finca.

The apartment is quite spacious. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. In the master bedroom you will find a 150 cm bed and you will have a full closet. The living room has two sofas and TV, next to it is the dining area, with a trundle bed, which can be isolated from the rest of the apartment by curtains. The panoramic terrace has three separate exits, a table with four chairs, a small awning and two clothes dryers.
