The home is on the third floor of a historical building with access to a newly-restored 18th century lift (elevator) which adds to the building’s unique charm. Well connected (Metro C station at 20 meters, Metro A station in 5 min walk direction Piazza Re di Roma or San Giovanni). The Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano is at 5 min walking distance. The Pigneto pedestrian area is a 7/8 min walk. The street is quiet even though close to all necessary services (restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies). The 30 qm terrace is enjoyable both in summer and winter, decorated with plants and garden furniture, good for dinners and cocktails outdoors.

Il mio delizioso appartamentino di 45 mq si trova nel cuore di Roma, in una colorata palazzina di inizio '900 di 3 piani, con giardino di 25 mq. Sarete a pochi passi da tutti i mezzi pubblici (metro-tram-bus) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Via Balilla è una piccola e caratteristica strada alberata con palazzine, ognuna di un colore differente e tutte con giardino interno. L'appartamento affaccia sui giardini: sarete immersi nel verde e svegliati dal canto degli uccellini!
