This spacious barn, tastefully renovated, will enchant you with its location in the heart of nature, in a preserved setting. The 28 m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream below. No TV here, but books. Every detail has been carefully thought out, everything has been carefully selected. This 112 m² accommodation, fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where time is suspended. Not overlooked.

Du parking vous avez un accès direct sur la terrasse privative comprenant salon de jardin et barbecue. L'aménagement intérieur est très spacieux propre, confortable et stylé. Les lits sont fait à votre arrivée et des draps de bains sont mit à votre disposition. Dernierement nous avons rajouté un ventilateur brumisateur d'air afin de vous faire passer un séjour agréable en cas de grosse chaleur !

The accommodation is located on the farm, in a farm of Aubrac and Chevaux d 'Auvergne cows. It is housed in the family home but is completely independent. The house is located in the small village of Mons in the municipality of Roffiac at an altitude of 1000 m, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Saint-Flour. From its 3300 m2 plot, you can contemplate the "Plomb du Cantal" and also take many walks in the surroundings (hiking, biking, walking...). From the village, you can go to the "Château du Sailhant" and admire the waterfall within 5 minutes by car or walk there through our paths.

Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

Wood stove for the pleasure of a wood fire, pool table, foosball table.
