Everything is included: made-up box spring beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wood to cozy up by the fireplace in the conservatory and to heat the hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing midweek, weekend or wellness retreat – for couples, families or friends who appreciate peace and luxury.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

You'll love our place because of the tranquility and beautiful views of the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and cycling trails and is very close to the city for fascinating cultural excursions. The place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for extended periods.

You can spend the night in the front house of a monumental farmhouse. Located on the edge of the forest and only 2 km from the picturesque village of Norg. The cultural village of Veenhuizen, Assen, Appelscha and Groningen are also a stone's throw away. I would like to greet you and wish you a wonderful stay!

Charming forest cottage surrounded by peace and space!

This uniquely located 5-person forest cottage is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The cottage is free-standing in the woods, not located in a park. The cozy and comfortable living room has recently been modernized. The cottage is equipped with central heating and there is a Digitenne TV. Upon arrival, the beds are made, but you must bring your own towels. There is no WiFi, so don't forget to bring a good book to relax offline. Final cleaning is included.
