Stay in our cozy renovated barn house in the heart of the green village of Peize, located near the beautiful nature reserve of the Onlanden and within cycling distance of the bustling city of Groningen. Our sustainable barn house has all the comforts and offers views of "de Peizer Molen". Enjoy a delicious dinner at our neighbors; restaurant de Peizer Hopbel and cafe-restaurant Bij Boon. Also within walking distance: supermarket and bakery!

LIFE RHYTHM simple life close to nature!

In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Alles is inbegrepen: opgemaakte boxspringbedden, handdoeken, volledig uitgeruste keuken, onbeperkt hout om in de serre gezellig de openhaard aan te steken en om de hottub te verwarmen. Perfect voor een ontspannen midweek, weekend of wellness-retreat – voor stellen, gezinnen of vrienden die rust en luxe waarderen.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop deliciously and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

We've not seen such a great naturehouse before! In the beautiful green and quiet surroundings of Eén (Drenthe) next to Roden and Norg you'll find Buitenhuis Duurentijdt. This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

In this cozy, large, unique caravan, the nature lover will feel very much at home. A private garden, surrounded by quiet meadows, forest and heath. The wood stove is very comfortable on cold days, you must be able to burn! The caravan is 70 years old, still has many authentic elements. Please know that the caravan is not insulated, very warm in hot days, but then you are outside, with a lot of shade. It also cools down quickly. In bedroom there are screens and mosquito nets.

Nature cottage the Twadde Hûske

Het Twadde Hûske is an apartment (opened April 2025) with underfloor heating which can be booked for 4 people. In consultation for 5 or 6 people by adding a folding mattress and/or camping bed, but this is only suitable for short stays. Further on, you can read more about the layout of the apartment. This uniquely located 5-person forest cottage is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The cottage is free-standing in the woods, not located in a park. The cozy and comfortable living room has recently been modernized. The cottage is equipped with central heating and there is a Digitenne TV. Upon arrival, the beds are made, but you must bring your own towels. There is no WiFi, so don't forget to bring a good book to relax offline. Final cleaning is included.

In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Vanaf de riante overdekte veranda heb je fantastisch uitzicht op de grote bostuin, die wordt omgeven door natuurlijke afscheidingen en veel privé biedt. De ligging is rustig en op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum, de gezellige terrasjes, restaurants en winkels. Vanaf de for-rest cabin kan meteen worden gestart met meerdere wandel en fiets routes die duidelijk worden aangegeven.
