What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Welcome to our quiet bush retreat off the main road into Agnes Water. Sleeps 4 across a double bed and sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen, smart TV, reverse cycle A/C. Private deck, gas BBQ and fire pit. Linen and towels included. Self check-in via key safe. 5 mins to beach, shops and cafes. Pets welcome (up to 2, $50 fee). Keep pets leashed - property is unfenced with a dam at the rear. Bore water on tap - not for drinking, 2 bottles provided.

The town has a park for the kids and a dedicated swimming enclosure. If you are a keen fisher person you can enjoy crabbing, estuary fishing or venture to the great barrier reef. It is also a beautiful place to just sit relax and read a book.

You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
