To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. Planning on golfing ??? Ask about the “Stay and Play” option as you will receive a small discount for staying at the Bears Den. Pets are allowed at a max wt of 25 lbs. You are allowed up to two dogs. There is a $25.00 charge per pet for your stay. You are required to clean up after your pet.

Our goal was to create an environment where you could relax and feel at home while taking in the many Branson attractions. The 2 BR, 2 BA Condo sleeps 5 (one king, one full, and twin bunk bed). It is located at the beautiful Holiday Hills Resort, just minutes (2.5 miles) from Branson Landing and historic Downtown Branson . Each BR has its own bathroom/shower. Full kitchen, washer/dryer and back porch has walk out access to grassy area. The condo is on the first floor with absolutely NO STAIRS!
