At 62 acres and with just twelve homes, Sargent's Pond is the perfect place for simpler pursuits and peace and quiet. Enjoy two comfortable double bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bathroom with tub, washer, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, bluetooth stereo system (bring your vinyl!), and Smart TV. Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Enjoy the TV/ DVD player with a variety of favorite kids' flicks. Perfect for rainy days or down time, this extra living space is sure to please kids and adults alike! Wolfeboro Camp School (est. in 1910) has made several of their rustic cabins available for public use at the end of its five-week summer session. Rustic lakefront Beach Cabin is steps away from the shared beach. Swim, fish and bring your kayak/canoe to enjoy tranquil Rust Pond. Feel free to bring your tennis racquet and basketball to use on our courts. Downtown Wolfeboro offers eclectic shops and restaurants for many different palates.

This newly refurbished, oversized 1 bdrm aptmt (unti 1), 1 bath, on the first floor with a 10x20 covered porch overlooking Smith River, cornered by a ten-mile, mentally therapeutic recreation trail used for walking, bicycling, X-country skiing, snowmachining. Large parking area. Smith River runs into Lake Winni which is located 150 yards from the front door of this unit (no immediate beach access). A parking permit is available for public beach. There is a futon for 2 additional guests.
