Il présente l’avantage d’une splendide terrasse plein sud, à l’abri du vent, en bois elle aussi, de 35 m2, équipée d’un salon de jardin, en bois forcément :-). Ce logement de plein pied est, par ailleurs, accessible Pmr (non officiel).
