Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
