This cottage is located in Wanchese, a quiet fishing village in the Outer Banks. The 3 bed 3.5 bath home is a mere 200 yards away from a public boat ramp & offers 61’ boat parking, an outdoor fish cleaning table, grill & picnic table. It’s a 15 min drive to the beach. Have a cup of coffee on the porch while watching fishing boats head out for their daily catch and enjoy views of Bodie Island Lighthouse. The apartment is very private and is a pleasant 5-minute walk to downtown Manteo where you will find shops, restaurants, a playground, a walking path along the marina and surrounding harbor, and Roanoke Island Festival Park which hosts musical events and more.
