The space was formerly a corner grocery store that we renovated and converted to a large open layout 1600 square foot apartment. This apartment is perfect for families or groups. You will be close to downtown, Wasena, and Grandin. Unlike many other short term rentals in the area there is plenty of available street parking right outside the door to the apartment and no elevator, long hallways, or stairs to deal with. There are two living spaces and a massive bar, room to spread out!

Just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a five minute drive to downtown, you'll be conveniently located to the best Roanoke has to offer. The history of this home goes back generations, but it’s now it's a place you can stay while enjoying the Wasena District and the outdoors. *GPS location may say G&M upholstering & furniture repair. The nearby Wasena bridge is under construction until Spring 2026.
