The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small detached house with two rooms: on the ground floor there is the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and on the first floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. A quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests.
