We are literally 2 mins from bars, restaurants and great shopping. Romsey has a train station and v close to Southampton Airport. New Forest National Park 10 mins away.

Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.

The Cottage is detached and on one level, open plan lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. Main bedroom has kingsize bed with tv and second bedroom has 2 adult single beds. Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
