The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

The house is suitable for anyone who likes to combine the sea and the city on vacation. There is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. You just have to walk 180 meters to buy a delicious soft ice cream. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and go for a walk in the woods. At Krana you can swim in the sea and rent a kayak.

Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.

Slapp av på hytte i Søndeled, Risør. Herfra kan du gå i ti minutt og komme ned til badeplassen ved Skarvann, til båtbrygga ved sjøen eller i skogen. Hytta ligger på Øysang, like ved Jegertunet feriesenter hvor man kan benytte badebasseng og tennisbaner mot betaling, Fra hytta er det også om lag ti minutters gange til brygga hvor Øysangferga går over til Risør sentrum. Det er ikke også bare en kort kjøretur til svabergene på Stangnes og Portør.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
