Here you live in your own apartment on a farm, in the middle of a natural area with nice walking paths. 100 meters to fishing, 3 km to golf, 500 meters to bus that takes you to the center of Malmö (15 minutes) and in the other direction to magical Bokskogen (15 minutes) By bike, you can reach Malmö city center in 40 minutes. There is a bike path all the way to Malmö and Bokskogen. It is easy to turn off the E6 to continue on the next day to the destination. Fantastic nature right up to the doorstep but still close to the city! Wonderful, simply!

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tre minuter från europaväg E6/E20. Tio km till centrala Malmö. Två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, bensinmack, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
