This is a peaceful countryside aparatment located 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 5 minute drive from the nearest places of Rabac and Labin. Its ideal for couples with small children and for people that just want to get away form the city rush and enjoy the quiet countryside. As you can see from the pictures it has a lot of parking space and a lot of space where children can run and play freely.There is also a playground for small children located 1 minute walk from the aparatament.

Small appartment for great holiday

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Villa Gondolika **** has: 3 rooms 3 bathrooms toilet + utility the kitchen living room swimming pool barbecue private parking for 3 cars sea and mountain view The house is located in the quiet place Gondulići, near Old Town of Labin, where you find markets , restorants and shops. Near the house walking and cycling paths.
