Cozy cabin perfectly located in a winter/summer country. You can sit on the porch to see the cross country stadium, to walk straight out in the Birkebeiner track or out on great hiking trails. Short distance to Kiwi, sports shop, pub and restaurant. There is a safe and nice walking path straight from the cabin. Otherwise, there are a lot of activities happening during the year. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/ freezer / dishwasher. The bathroom contains combined washing machine/dryer. Gas grill and O guy available. Apple TV and fiber.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Lovely to enjoy the evenings and not least get up for pleasant mornings. The cabin is located about 10 min away from Norway's biggest ski destination which is Sjusjøen, where there are miles of ski slopes and alpine facilities. Lillehammer city centre about 15 min drive, you will visit Jorekstad Recreational Bath, Hafjell alpine facilities, Hunderfossen or Lilleputthammer it is about 30 min drive there.

Cozy cottage in quiet surroundings. Available all year. One of Norway's best hiking trails and ski trails right outside the door. Great opportunities for fishing, bike and walking. Approximately 3.5 kilometres to Hygga Fjellkro where they serve fantastic food and Small bathroom with shower possibility inside the cabin. Toilet facilities are the combustion toilet inside and the outdoor toilet outside. There is a water system with 60 liters of water on the tank inside. It supplies sink in bathroom, shower and sink in kitchen.

The cabin is spacious, bright & airy with high ceilings, large window areas & a 50 m2 terrace. Vidsyn is located in Birkebeinerbakken. It is built on a slope, at the end of a dead end street & towards a free area. You can sled or buckle up the cross-country skis at the cabin, & for alpine skiing you drive to Sjusjøen- or Hafjell alpine center in only 10 & 30 min, respectively.

If you cross the road you come straight to a beautiful park area by the lake, Næra. Here you can fish, swim or realax and enjoy the sunset. We also offer our guests kayak and canoes to rent for free. In Næroset it is also great opportunities for outdoor hiking and cross country skiing in the winter. Only 20 minutes away is Sjusjøen

Til tross for rolige omgivelser er stedet ikke langt fra Lillehammer sentrum, 10 minuter til fots, med sykkel går det mye fortere. Til matbutikken to minutter. Buss stopper rett utenfor huset, p-plass med lademulighet. Stor innsjø.

Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine (must buy Dolce-Gusto capsules), kettle ++. The cabin is south-west facing with good sun conditions and great views. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but you need to bring your own sheets and towels.
