The entire house has air conditioning rarely needed in the Winter months but pleasant for the Summer. Open space on 1st floor and all bedroom on the 2nd floor have access to a balcony.

Cozy Townhouse is a two story rustic beach house located at 2 minutes of walking distance from beaches & aqcuatic sports , restaurants, pubs and downtown Rincon, . Small pool, outside shower, terrace with pool table, hammocks, wet bar, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), living-dining room, (no a/c) with dish tv wi-fi, SMALL kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
