The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. The spacious garden invites you to barbecue and play with the kids. Absolute peace and relaxation in rural idyll far from any hustle and bustle. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Vacation home "Schwalbe"

The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

Vacation home West in the manor house

The Kolauerhof farm in Grömitz is a large, fully managed and child-friendly farm. You will be staying in the apartment "West" in the manor house (75 m² each) with everything you need. The farm has a park-like garden with old trees and a large children's playground. Kolauerhof is located at the end of a dead end road just outside the Grömitz district of Cismar. In the play barn, on 2 levels you will find a ball pool, bouncy castle, billiards, air hockey, foosball and much more.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Die zweigeschossige Wohnung hat einen Wohn-/Essbereich im Obergeschoss mit Kaminofen und Küche sowie Wirtschaftsraum, Gäste-WC und einem Schlafzimmer Ensuite. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer Ensuite sowie ein Study im Dachgeschoss. Das Bad ist mit Dusch-/Wanne-Bad und einer Sauna ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon zum Garten und einen Balkon zum Hof - in dieser Wohnung ist der Hund NICHT ERLAUBT.
