Le Grenier, charming cottage

Le Grenier is a small cottage in part of a small domaine on the side of a hill in the Dordogne. It has its own small private garden, with outside dining area. There is a beautiful pool shared between the other on-site properties and relaxation area. You can hire the Le Grenier alone, or perhaps add the other two properties. In total you could accommodate 10. Le Grenier has two bedrooms in the attic, so there is compromised headroom. There are two shower rooms, luxury linen and towels. There’s a full kitchen, laundry facilities, wifi and a Smart tv.

Le Moulin de Papalis: a place to recharge

This 18th-century mill has been converted into a 180m2 house that can accommodate 8 people. The property consists of a kitchen, a workshop with a pool table, a terrace, a living room, a lounge, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a shower, and a bathroom. The garden is made up of islands connected by bridges. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to go fishing, swimming, canoeing, play table tennis, etc. I would like to point out that this is a mill built on a headrace in a preserved natural environment.

'Pas de Soucis' Gîte

Lovers of natural stone will enjoy the vacation home "Pas de Soucis," decorated in an old mill house, which has been perfectly restored to offer 3 or 4 guests every comfort. You will share the large swimming pool with the guests of the holiday home "Moulin Bertrand". Next to the pool is a large covered terrace with a rustic monastery table that seats 12 people. The park garden is completely bordered by water, with the mill stream on one side.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
