Beautifully renovated and individually furnished, quiet guest suite with private entrance on 2 floors with 40 square meters. Best location, 10 minutes' walk from the city park and the old town, numerous excursion possibilities nearby. The private terrace with access from the stylish living room, the view of the beautiful garden, the separate kitchen, the guest toilet as well as upstairs the bathroom and especially the sleeping area with a view of the surrounding gardens invite you to a relaxing stay.

Lovely, non-smoking apartment with hot tub

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Beautiful loft apartment

Relax in this special and quiet space. The building is refurbished and state-of-the-art equipped. On about 55 sqm with open living,- kitchen area , enclosed bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. In the living area there is a pull-out 2 sofa. Living in the loft in a historic building of the old Friedrich Heinrich mine on the grounds of the LAGA 2020 in the middle of the countryside. Very centrally located near the A57, in 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport or Messe Düsseldorf.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Wesel City "Wackenbruch" 2 bedrooms, 100 sqm

The light-flooded apartment is about 100 square meters. It can accommodate up to four people on the outskirts of Wesel, Fusternberg district. All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has an insect repellent. Walk to the train station about 5, to the city about 10, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please follow the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Take a break with us on the farm and enjoy the view in the countryside. Be in the middle of it and yet for yourself. You can expect to meet our dogs and other animals that belong to the farm. The 24/7 farm shop provides everything you need and allows for a comfortable holiday. Experience the region, or sit back under the trees with a book. We can rent bicycles on request. The bathroom and kitchen is next door. Towels and linens included.

We offer a new apartment on our horse farm in a rural, quiet area. The complete furnishings have just been purchased. The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. We are happy to rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis. Just ask. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the courtyard and the Rotbachtal.
