Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Whether hiking, biking, skiing or simply taking a deep breath: the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona and the Grisons Alps are right outside the front door. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!
