This Appenzell house, which is around 200 years old and was modernised in 2023/24, stands high above Herisau and is affectionately called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. Authentically, it shines in a fantastic mountain and hill setting – a true retreat for the soul.

The flat comes with a huge balcony / terrace from where you can see the Säntis (part of the Aplstein massif) and the historic village of Rehetobel. The flat itself has an ancient tiled stove, but modern heating as well. You can reach the village centre and the shop in a few minutes afoot. A small up-hill stroll grants you with a fantastic view of the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance. The village and near surroundings offer quite some restaurants, hiking paths and the like.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Rustic farmhouse with distant views

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Modern flat w/ensuite bathroom and kitchenette

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Relax and unwind in the historic Gärtnerhäuschen, which is over 250 years old. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance to the village center. Ideal for 2 adults. Enchanted garden, fireplace for cosy evenings, electric charging station available at the local rate. Suitable for 2 adults and two children from 6 years ( on request). Unfortunately, the furnishings are not suitable for children.

You'll have a GREAT time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2 family house upstairs. There is a private entrance, parking spaces and a CARPORT. It is a central STARTING POINT in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
