Now your service can reach millions of people on Airbnb. Our world-class tools help you simplify scheduling, attract bookings, message guests, understand earnings and get insights about ratings and reviews.

You’ll find the tools organised into these 5 tabs when you’re logged in as a host.

Today

The Today tab is what you see when you open the app. You can view reservation details at a glance to help plan your day and provide exceptional hospitality.

  • Easily switch between views of your current and upcoming reservations and filter by offering.
  • Add notes to yourself on reservations, such as reminders about special occasions or requests.
  • Get tips on what to do for each reservation, like reading reviews and thanking your guests.

Calendar

The Calendar makes it easy to review and update your schedule hour by hour.

  • Add availability for your offerings and block times when you’re busy.
  • View confirmed bookings and open spots left to fill.
  • Sync your Airbnb and Google Calendars to track everything in one place.

Guests can instantly book services for any opening on your calendar, so keeping your availability up to date is crucial.

Listings

The Listings tab helps you manage the details of your listing. You can set your prices and showcase your service to guests.

  • Create a range of offerings at entry, standard and premium prices to give guests more options and help you meet your earning goals.
  • Add limited-time, early-bird and large group discounts to entice guests to book.
  • Share high-quality listing photos to give an accurate idea of your service and inspire guests to book.
  • Set your working hours to let guests know exactly when each offering is available.

Messages

The Messages tab helps you connect with guests before, during and after the service. You’ll send messages to the booking guest and any guests they invite to join the reservation.

  • Learn about guest preferences and expectations in advance so you can adapt your service to suit them.
  • Create a custom offering and set a tailored price.
  • Share videos or photos to introduce yourself and give guests a better idea of what you provide.
  • Answer common questions with customisable, prewritten quick replies, or create your own templates.
  • Schedule quick replies to automatically send important details at key moments, like at the time of booking and on the day before a service.
  • Contact Airbnb Support or message a host when you’re using the app as a guest.
